Simon has extensive experience operating at Group Board level, where he has demonstrated a proven track record in reviewing acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, and managing business integration. Over the last decade, he has held senior financial positions in both public and private companies, including serving as Finance Director for the UK and US operations of Harvey Nash Group plc. As a CFO and Board Member, Simon has been instrumental in navigating businesses through various stages of their life cycle, including the successful sale of several owner-managed businesses.
