Adam has over 27 years’ experience advising individuals on all aspects of UK taxation, including its interaction with foreign jurisdictions. A particular focus of his work is supporting clients with cross‑border elements to their affairs, including families moving between jurisdictions and individuals with overseas interests.
In addition to his private client work, Adam has extensive experience advising businesses on tax and compliance issues associated with internationally mobile employees, including tax‑efficient secondments, social security planning, tax equalisation and protection programmes, share incentives, and related matters. He has a detailed understanding of UK tax law and its interaction with overseas jurisdictions and double tax treaties.
