He has experience across the employee lifecycle and labour supply chain, including employment status, agencies, the Construction Industry Scheme and wider employment tax legislation, having started his career in the Big Four and developed new service lines for Top 10 firms.
He works with private and public sector organisations of all sizes, from single-employee businesses to multinationals. His expertise includes tax-efficient benefits, payroll compliance, HMRC disputes and enquiries, governance frameworks, global mobility, national minimum wage compliance and labour supply chain risk management, helping clients reduce compliance risk, improve efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.
